Step 1: Register your team of up to 20 employees and pay the entry fee ($250 of your team entry goes to the donation prize pool)

Step 3: Invite your colleagues to download the Kilter Rewards app and join your team using your team signup code
Step 4: During the challenge, your team will use the Kilter Rewards app to track daily fitness activities and earn up to 100 points per day for reaching their goals! At the end of the challenge, the teams with the highest average scores will earn donation prizes for their chosen causes!See the Scoring System
In this challenge, you'll compete against other companies in your city. If you finish in the top 3, you'll also win a free bid into the next challenge against the winning teams from other city brackets for the chance to win the grand prize donation and national bragging rights!
1st Place: 50% of City Bracket Pool
2nd Place: 25% of City Bracket Pool
3rd Place: 12.5% of City Bracket Pool
4th Place: 7.5% of City Bracket Pool
5th Place: 5% of City Bracket Pool
Earn points for your team by completing daily fitness goals. If you're team finishes top 5, we donate a portion of the prize pool to your team's cause!
To spark some internal competition within your own team, we will be giving the top earning participant on every team a Kilter swag bag including a "Donate Your Hustle" t-shirt and a water bottle!
